RFQ 2025-001 - Development Partner
The Abbeville Housing Authority is seeking a qualified, licensed professional and experienced Development Partner in the assessment and redevelopment of Abbeville Public Housing Communities. Financing of the development is anticipated utilizing tax-exempt bonds, Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, conventional, and/or other creative and layered financing. Development Partners will assist in site planning, financing, design, development, construction management, marketing, and identification of private property management for rental developments. Interested developers may pick up a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) 2025-001 beginning July 22, 2025, at The Abbeville Housing Authority (508 Haigler Street, Abbeville, SC) or at www.abbevillehousing.org. Deadline for submission is August 26, 2025, at 3:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time.
