Significant Amendment to the Annual and/or Five Year Plan

The ABBEVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY (AHA) will significantly amend its Annual and/or Five Year PHA Plans to begin preparation of a Repositioning Plan for its Public Housing Units and to dedicate capital fund program grants for the construction of a Community Center.

A 45-day notice with an opportunity to present public comments regarding these changes was advertised beginning July 12, 2023.

A Public Hearing will be conducted on August 15, 2023, from 5 PM to 6 PM at the main office at 508 Haigler Street, Abbeville, SC 29602, and via conference call.
