NOTICE is hereby given to receive sealed construction rebids from contractors with experience in similar new construction projects in the last five years (attached is how to obtain AIA Document A305, 2020) and will open same on 8/19/ 24.

Proposed bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid conference on 8/12/24 at 2:00 PM at the site (Abbeville Housing Authority).

Bids will be received before or by 8/19/24 at 2:00 PM at 508 Haigler Street, Abbeville, SC. Opening of bids will begin at 2:00 PM.

1. General contractor's qualifications should include having completed a similar project of this size and of equal or greater value within the last five (5) years.
2. The scope of work will be as defined in the contract documents.
3. Contract documents are the drawings and specifications
4. Copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained from DropBox (online) at 9:00 am on 7/29/24 at the link:

5. AHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
6. Bids may be held by AHA for a period not to exceed forty-five (45) days from the date of the opening of the bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigation of the qualifications of bidders prior to awarding the contract.
