Invitation For Bid: Community Center Building Construction

Community Center Building Construction - IFB-2025-001

The Abbeville Housing Authority (AHA) is requesting bids from general contractors to construct a 2,000 square feet Community Center Building, to be located at 508 Haigler Street, Abbeville, SC. The contractor must possess a general contractor's license from the State of SC. The successful bidder will be properly licensed and familiar with HUD prevailing wages, Section 3, health, safety, and other associated code ordinances. The bid package is available by request via email to Tuck Hanna, Construction Manager (tuckhanna@wctel.net). A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for January 29, 2025, at 1:00 PM and the Bid Opening is scheduled for February 12, 2025, at 3:00 PM. Both meetings will be held at 508 Haigler Street, Abbeville, SC 29620.
